By downloading, installing, or using Planiva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Description of Service

Planiva is a task management and planning application that allows you to create tasks, lists, and templates to organize your daily life.

User Accounts

Planiva does not require user registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.

Premium Features & Subscriptions

Planiva offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions and purchases:

• Monthly Subscription - Billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription - Billed annually
• Lifetime Purchase - One-time payment, non-recurring

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency within the app before purchase.

Payment & Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions after purchase.

If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Conduct

You agree to use Planiva only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Planiva and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Planiva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Planiva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Planiva be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
